Frequency, without the jargon
Frequency is the number of sound-wave cycles per second, measured in hertz (Hz). Lower audible frequencies usually sound deeper; higher frequencies sound brighter. A browser tool creates this signal with the Web Audio API, and the phone speaker converts it into physical diaphragm movement.
The number on screen describes the generated signal. It does not prove that every phone produces identical movement or that water sits in the same place on every device.

Why there is no universal water-eject frequency
Phones use different speaker drivers, protective meshes, acoustic chambers, equalization, volume limits, and case designs. Their response also changes with orientation and the location or amount of liquid. One numeric frequency cannot account for all of those variables.
